This thirteen year old courtyard development of two-storey live and work units at London Fields was refurbished and redeveloped. Solmaz extended the existing accommodation by two storeys to provide second floor flexible studio spaces with rooftop terraces across nine units. The client was the estate tenants’ association, and some units were completed to shell and core, with a bespoke extension design for each terrace.
