At 5 Airlie Gardens, Solmaz refurbished and internally reconfigured the house to a high specification, with a new interior layout across all floors for a more adaptable, modern home. Bespoke joinery and flooring run throughout. The works included enclosing the existing lightwell, reconfiguring the front lightwell and installing a new spiral staircase on the existing walkway.
