At 54-56 Old Street, Solmaz demolished, refurbished and renovated two adjacent sites, combining and rationalising them across basement, ground and first floors. The result is a contemporary retail showroom and design studio, with four new flats added above. Each flat has a bespoke hand-built kitchen with integrated appliances, floor to ceiling double glazed hardwood windows and solid wood flooring in the living and sleeping areas.
