Solmaz carries out commercial fit-out work for offices, shops, restaurants and workspaces across London. We take a bare or tired interior and turn it into a space that is ready to open, handling partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, data, decoration and the joinery that ties it together. The work is planned around your lease dates and trading hours, so the space is finished when you need it and to the standard your brand calls for.
An office fit-out is as much about programme as it is about finishes. We set out the sequence clearly, keep the trades coordinated on site, and protect any areas that stay in use while the work goes on. Many jobs run in phases or outside normal hours so your team can keep working, and we manage the rules that landlords and managing agents put in place.
