Project description
Architect Simon Foxell of Architects Practice appointed Solmaz to transform this semi-detached five-storey townhouse in South Hill Park into a central London home. The scheme involved a complete internal high specification refurbishment together with a new garden studio. Work included an internal strip-out and demolition of the existing structure, steelwork for a new floor layout and roof, a new staircase, bespoke kitchen and joinery, underfloor heating, and new mechanical and electrical services throughout.
