As principal contractor, Solmaz delivered the complete transformation of this four-storey residence, managing the project from planning through to completion. The programme covered demolition and structural alterations, a loft conversion and a full refurbishment, with specialist trades coordinated and quality controlled at every stage. The works created a family home with a basement media room, bespoke bar, family living area and guest suite, alongside an open-plan kitchen and dining space opening onto a landscaped garden. The upper floors were reconfigured to provide a principal suite, family accommodation and a light-filled loft playroom. The interior was finished with bespoke joinery and natural materials throughout, carried out by our own teams.
