Improvement and Enhancement Works to a Mixed-Use Development

As Principal Contractor, Solmaz Limited delivered a comprehensive programme of improvement and enhancement works to a mixed-use development comprising 21 residential apartments and one retail unit.

Working closely with the design team and specialist subcontractors, we carried out a carefully coordinated programme of remedial and finishing works to enhance the overall quality, performance and longevity of the development.

Our scope included the coordination and installation of sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm and mechanical ventilation systems, together with the completion of fire compartmentation works. We also installed fire-rated doors, completed floor and wall tiling, and delivered a range of high-quality internal and external finishing works.

The project demonstrates Solmaz Limited’s ability to deliver technically demanding refurbishment projects by coordinating multiple specialist trades while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship, attention to detail and quality throughout.
