This project refurbished an existing building on St. John’s Street to create a residential apartment. Solmaz constructed three infill floors between two side walls over the existing two-storey building, and added a new floor with a terrace over the top floor. The terrace was built in timber flooring to give the space a friendly, welcoming feel.
