This project refurbished the ground and mezzanine floors of Iberica, including partial demolition, strip-out and electrical and mechanical works. Solmaz added the finishing touches, including a balustrade along the mezzanine, the staircase, bespoke light fittings and decoration, with joinery that gives this Spanish restaurant its Mediterranean feel.
