Dudley House brought together three separate office blocks on Southampton Street in Covent Garden into a single building of 18 apartments, built to a BREEAM Very Good rating. As principal contractor on this design and build scheme, Solmaz carried out structural works, refurbishment and additional floors to create the apartments to a high specification. Detailed facade work included brick cleaning, repointing and painting. The eighteen month programme was completed on time and within budget.
