Following the successful delivery of the client’s previous family home, Solmaz Limited was delighted to be appointed once again as Principal Contractor for the comprehensive refurbishment and transformation of this four-storey residence.

Designed in a timeless traditional contemporary style, the project combined classic architectural proportions with modern family living. Our works included structural alterations, a loft conversion and a complete internal refurbishment, delivered through the careful coordination of specialist trades and meticulous attention to quality at every stage.

The completed home features a basement with a media room, bespoke bar, family living area and guest suite, together with an open-plan kitchen and dining space opening onto a landscaped garden. The upper floors provide a principal bedroom suite, generous family accommodation and a light-filled loft playroom.
