At the CWM headquarters in Heddon Street, Solmaz fitted out third floor offices. The work combined lath and plaster and plasterboard ceilings, solid and plasterboard walls, carpet and modern vinyl over raised timber floors, and timber windows with plasterboard and solid surrounds, along with modern electrics and a cast iron stove with cast iron surrounds.
