Project description
This project delivered a high specification refurbishment of the entire building at 2-3 Bedford Street, with a new interior layout across all floors, bespoke joinery, new floors and services. Solmaz constructed an additional storey at roof level with balconies to the rear facade and associated alterations. Comprehensive work to the front facade included brick detailing, repointing and paintwork.
