Solmaz was appointed as building contractor and solution partner on this new build in one of the most sought after parts of Fulham and Chelsea. Following demolition, the team excavated and constructed a concrete basement on piled foundations, waterproofed with a Sika membrane system. From there the structure was built up floor by floor to the top of the building. The apartments were finished to a high specification, with Swedish NIBE heat exchange units serving hot water and underfloor heating. Exposed brickwork and large glazed elements draw natural light deep into the rooms, giving the finished building a distinct character within its surroundings.
